It's very wonderful how new billing date is on May 2nd just let me know if that is my new billing date from now to end of year
Was great until whatever they did messed up the whole thing and quit allowing me to access my account or even get a password reset request emailed to me because of being forced to download on a different device. It's now pure garbage! I can't use the previous version because the app won't let me. I can't use the new version downloaded on a new device because it won't send me the link to reset my password or even take the current password!!! COMPLETE JUNK!!!! FIX IT!!!!

Remember me button doesn't! App for my android needs the kinks worked out and updated for better business professionalism. Wasting my time with rating the app as well as trying to save my account information so I can log in like I can with other apps on my phone. App for the original company says that saving log in information is against federal government laws. Then why showcase the remember me button. Redundant indeed.
This app is June. Worked great at first. Now everytume its has problem has according and I have to actually go online to website ti pay bill.
I came home from 2 months in Texas to no heat. Because I was never given a message about power surge on Jan. 26. Now my home is 58° and I can't get it repaired until tomorrow. I always got Text messages when power was out Why wouldn't AEP send a message of a Power Surge?
