The support team have been really helpful, and I can easily access them via live chat
Do not waste your time with this App. Does not work and there is no support. It doesn't sync and tables disappear also if more the one tablet then it doesn't talk to each other. After two months we had to get rid of after installing in five locations. So stay away.
I just get a White screen when I re-installed it 3 times, any news on when this bug is fixed?
Great app and works fantastic
This app does not work at all! All I get is a white screen. We bought the EPOS system for our new store and we can get any kind of help, what so ever! Every customer service representative I've talked to has been very rude and unprofessional. When trying to enter inventory, I'm constantly getting an error message stating that an error has occurred. Try again later. Oh, and if you call customer service "after hours," they try to charge you $57!! Don't waste you time or money with this system.
