Awesome
Loads searches and work orders incredibly slowly (often 30+ seconds) once you get past a couple of hundred work orders. Work order list page displays nothing of the description so sorting through multiple WOs is frustrating due to having to click on each one then go back and find your position in the list again. Filters sometimes reset when you go back from a WO to the list of WOs, which paired with the above two issues becomes even more annoying
Hit-and-miss much room for improvement.
The uploading is too slow
Horrible app. Kills my battery. It's extremely invasive. Forced to use. I do not agree to the terms.
Takes to long to load on phone
Hands down the worst software I've ever used in my life. The notifications sent to the device are useless. Trying to find out just what the heck is going on with a ticket is impossible because of their "CruChat" format. Why do I need to scroll through a chat window to find out status updates on a ticket? There are a million and one better ways to present data. All around awful awful application. If I wasn't forced to use this for one of our customers, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole.
· Added support for new Blackout Days feature, adding customer’s work restriction dates to scheduling.
· Added support for new critical facilities enforcement of work execution order, blocking work until all dependencies are addressed.
· Added support for optional steps and Mark All as Done to critical procedures.
· Minor bug fixes.
