Cashify Diagnose helps to evaluate the functional condition of a user's phone to be sold to the trade-in partner, in exchange for a new phone.
Here's how the process works-
1. The App is to be downloaded and installed on the same phone for which the exchange order is placed by the user on the trade-in partner's platform.
2. Post installation of the app, the user needs to run the listed diagnostic tests on his phone, after granting the necessary app permissions to get started.
3. Once all listed tests are completed, an Exchange Reference Code will be generated on the app's last screen that indicates the completion of the evaluation process.
4. The pickup/delivery executive will scan the Exchange Reference Code from his phone, match the IMEI number, and mark the transaction as complete.
Note: The App must remain installed in the user's phone (and phone settings should not be reset ) till the time exchange order transaction is marked complete by the pickup/delivery executive.
5. User needs to hand-over the old phone after resetting and collect the new phone package from the pickup/delivery executive.

So as others mentioned there is a problem of camera not being recognised, I was able to fix it by clearing cache partion and reapir app in reboot menu (Check for youtube videos on how to clear cache partion for your phone model). Cashify and Samsung should fix this ASAP, no excuses.

worst app, was trying to purchase product from samsung shop online, at the time of delivery n exchange couldnt take place cause code was not accepted, attempted delivery 5 times, finally i have decided not to purchase Samsung product because of this cashify app. i suggest samsung or cashify whovever is at fault not to fool customers.. if you'll accept exchange acceot it right or else do not
