I have been a customer for years and have found many flaws. In this app, such as not being able to use the same email address for multiple different contacts period the add contact from phone button works about half the time when you're paying $200 a month. It just feels as though. You should be getting far more for your money than I am getting. I am looking for a new business management platform,and it really sucks because it's going to take me a lot of work to transfer all my information over.
I enjoy the business aspect, but the command center is messing everything up Gabe, u have been working closely with reps and support to fix all the issues. However, the command center is not useful and should not be required. .
I like that they have a local representative for quick action for issues. They're resolved quickly. Software is sound. If you contact them to sign up, mention me and I can get a discount. Just as when you sign up and someone mentions you. You too will get a discount. I like the software it is better than the other one I had.
I don't know what update happened on the desktop last week, but I can't link the social sites at all. Same error code, regardless of what browser I use.... Same issue from the app. Been in contact with tech support for 4 days (on the desktop version). Still waiting to get it working.
