Constant notifications when I'm not even driving. Idle, checking speed, idle, checking speed, and then my favorite notification: nothing! I'll have 3 that are just blank and get them all within an hour.

Even when I stop driving and use my phone app says I'm using it while driving ... I drove for about 2weeks and app was not recording... Then I was told BY MY INSURANCE COMPANY that if I drive below 7mph the app will not record anything... Can anybody tell me how to drive below 7mph from East Orange NJ TO BRONX NEW YORK 3 TIMES A WEEK BACK AND FORTH?

Sometimes it seems like it is working great but I have tested it at times and I drove perfectly and then I checked my ratings and they seemed like they were off this issue should be looked at and if it happens to be wrong at times then we are the ones that pay fot it

So I have had this app for awhile now and I am not happy with it at all. It's telling me I'm using my phone when I'm not, only thing running on phone is this app, it gives me great scores except for the smooth driving. Telling me I use harsh braking, yeah so not the case, I cannot help it if there is literally a stop sign almost every block in the city I live in. So of course I'm paying higher rates then I need to. I think I need to find me a better insurance company.

Easy to use and nice to be tracked for discountv purposes!

Not recording all my trips. Skipping right over days when I was running errands. I take my dog to a park & I guess we walked back because it only recorded one way. This app is set up to fail.

Excellent company Plymouth Rock SO happy to be back with this company our old company Allstate kept raising the rates on my Father in law who was with them for over 40 + years till I told him about Plymouth Rock & they Beat Allstates rates & home owners as well & we even got better coverage with Plymouth so we're so happy now
