Reading a few latest review here, i also experienced the same problem where i cannot connect with app anymore via both bluetooth and wifi. Uninstalling and installing the app, restart app, restart phone, "forgetting" the link with app, all failed while my other app, and wifi and bluetooth have no problem

App is useless. Has never connected to Bluetooth. I'll just use it as a dumb charger. I can't be bothered trying to get this app to work ONCE.
I recently been having issues with Bluetooth connection issues similar to what l've in the reviews. I tried "forgetting" the wallbox device in my Bluetooth settings on my phone and then paired it again but it didn't work. So did a cold reboot by turning off the power to the wallbox and then tried the Bluetooth and it worked again. You may have to make a few attempts for it to connect the initial connection so keep trying until it connects.
Worthless app. Zero ability to control the actual device. Absurdly poor design.
I don't show the car loads how long it was used and how long it took, it doesn't show anything the app from the end of March, it's totally unacceptable
After initially setting it up it will never reconnect via Bluetooth again. Also you can't reset your device without connecting to the app via Bluetooth. So it's this really frustrating charger that absolutely sucks. Updated: I have sent multiple emails (the only form of customer support they offer) and haven't received a response. You should respond to your emails as quickly as you respond to your negative reviews.
