Scan My Tesla reads information from the diagnostics port of your Tesla, to present visually, or log for later analysis.
This app gives you numerous live statistics such as:
- Battery power / voltage / current / temperatures
- Drive Unit electric power / torque / horsepower / RPM / temperatures
- Battery lifetime stats, capacity estimates and mileage
- 12V system current, voltage, temperature
- Trip recording and statistics, including charging
Needs an ELM327 or STN1110 compatible OBD2 bluetooth adapter + OBD2->Tesla Diagnostic port cable. (There are at least 2 different plugs depending on your model year)
OBDLink MX bluetooth, or other high quality, STN1100 based adapter that supports the ST command set is highly reccommended.

Does this app have wheel speed sensor output?
Doesn't work too well. It restarts on my Nokia 5. Shows negative consumption, infinite values and negative millions in some avg consumption. Also there is a lot of inconsistency in formating of units. C vs c. Should be °C. Km vs km. Should be km. Wh vs wh. Should be Wh. And Wh/km, no wh|km. Some other issues are height of some bars being different here and there. Can't select the location of trip recording files. And can't switch tabs while recording. Would want to record everything (plus phone GPS location and speed), but display other dashboard for viewing. Preferably most metrics at medium speed (like cell voltages, temperatures, can be staggered over many refresh cycles, etc), and the important ones at higher speed.
Works perfectly and has most of the features that the pay version has!
I wonder if this would work on my Mercedes B250e as it has a tesla battery and running gear?
lots of nos whizzing around. Not sure how this can be of use to a non tech. Best drive on and not worry about that which means nothing!🤔
Seems to be very informative. Before purchasing the full version I would like to know if on dual drive (85D) cars does it show the same info about the front motor as on the rear?
