So far so good on 911 assistance when I was in a crash. 2 was actual accidents and a few were when the phone fell into the floor from the seat while driving. However it does NOT call my emergency contacts and on one accident in December my husband was 15 miles or so on down the interstate before he knew I had crashed behind him. Please find an update to fix this option. Also would like tge option to add more than 3 emergency contacts!

What happens if your cell is broken by the force of impact!!! A very real possibility.
The access to phone permissions is concerning. Yeah feedback on your driving is great but what's to prevent the app data from being used against you in an accident? Nothing in the FAQ spells that out and without phone permissions the app doesn't work. Does using Android Auto show as using your phone? I'd rather use an app that isn't so intrusive.
