DO NOT USE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT They put a cap on mileage for the cars they rent to the uber drivers. Who does that? When uber is all about driving. So when you go over the mileage which you will if you have to pay bills, they charge you per mile. So if you rent the car a month for uber driver, you pay twice. I paid 360 a week for 4 weeks and they added over extra $1k plus bills for miles. NOT WORTH IT. VERY EXPLOITATIVE.

Customer service has been amazing during my rental.
If you ever cancel a reservation the refund will take 3 to 5 days they will make you think it's your bank that takes it that long but really it's their bank that takes that long
The veh had an unscheduled maintenance. When I went renew 72hrs before scheduled drop-off,it allowed me to select the date and was not blocked off as I saw in advance. I t then gave me an error saying the vehicle was unavailable. When I contacted support,they basically told me I would have to lease another vehicle and return that at thlast minute. I lost money due to the service interruption and had to pay for transportation to another location with an available car. Not their problem, though.
