This might be a good app but I wouldn't know because it never let's me log in
This app is ridiculous. All of a sudden it doesn't recognize my username, password, nor my member ID. It had no problem recognizing any of that when I had to log in last week to pay my premium though. Of course.
Menu on the bottom blocks the screen and I'm not able to book an appointment because of it.
This app is bs! I tried several times with this, and no luck. I tried to register, tells me I'm already registered. Ok. Try to retrieve username, doesn't my member number. Seriously??? Put in both numbers and it doesn't recognize either. I finally got my new card and even that's jacked up because it has my old primary doctor's name on it! And I can't get in the system to correct it!!!!! Virtually useless!!!!!!
App doesn't save log in credentials. It's 2024. Let the app save the important info so we don't have to try and remember everything every time. Or just add thumbprint support.
Very slow and the app doesn't do anything. The website is better. Why sentara health put out this kind of app?
