I came to my app because it was not updating the update, and then I saw all the comments about the same issue I was having with the app, which caused me to check on updates. The app is not working for me.
Cannot log in
This app is very slow on Android. It frequently aborts. It is extremely hard to find doctor's or book appointments. Honestly, developers, you really need to test your app and make sure that backend data is right.
barely ever works, will not connect, wants to update, but won't. the website is just as bad.
App doesn't work! For a big company like Carefirst BCBS, their app should work and show consistency. Poor reflection on the company.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. The app never works, and the same goes for the website when you try to log into your account. If you can gonwith another provider.
Glitches won't load for as much as Carefirst costs, there app should be flawless.
