Untrustworthy. The first time I used the app my order was successful and no problems. Since then however, it has issues more often than not. First it would change my order from delivery to pick up without notice, and I'd end up wondering where my food was. More recently, it's ignoring the address I plugged in and using where GPS thinks I am, which is often off by a block or more. I shouldn't have to double check an app every time I use it, or go look for my food. I've since deleted the app. Fail
