On Samsung galaxy fold 4, even after the major update, my app never refreshes with my correct balances after I do internal, external, or any transfer. It does not update my balances ever.
The Pay Bills feature virtually NEVER WORKS. This has caused me to incur late fees on several occasions. I keep thinking that they will fix this "bug" but they never do. Frankly, it makes me want to switch banks.
I'm seriously considering swapping to a new bank, solely because this app never works when I need it to. Every time I try to log in, it tells me that the authentication has failed. Doesn't matter where I am, or what time of day it is, it's always the same thing. It's seriously irritating.

It functions as it's supposed to.
Your notifications are useless. They don't show up until after I have already opened the app to see for myself if a debit or credit has been applied. Hours or days later, the notification will finally come through to tell me what I already found out for myself. Why can't you get this simple operation right?
