Blue Dolphin allows brokers and owners to book a verification appointment based on their convenience and available slots. Once the slot has been booked, it is allocated intelligently to a verifier based on his availability and proximity. Verifiers can also be reassigned from the dashboard. 
At the scheduled time, the verifier can visit the property location and collect information on the same. Once collected and submitted, the data syncs with the 99acres.com portal automatically.
