Awful app layout, not intuitive at all. No way to contact a real employee despite trying every single avenue. Bug central. App rarely works
I don't want to use an app to change my WiFi password. Just thankful I can set it to deep sleep to limit this spyware. Also, I can't change my channel width! So annoying that I'll now have to buy my own router because of software lockdown!
I log in and it says I'm not authorised to use this account
First time using this app and all I've managed to get up to is validating my email address. That's it. Seems app has frozen on me as all I have the app is complete in small writing at the top left corner with a grey background. Nothing else on screen. Tells me all I need to know for sure

App is garbage same as the service , was late with a broadband bill & got restricted , over paid the bill, am still restricted until set up a future payment method , tried numerous times to do so on app & website to be told something went wrong everytime , if broadband is not back on within 24 hours , il switch to another provider,that simple 23/5/2024
