Favourites/saved items section doesn't load

i tried to sign up on website . there was error message then i tried to download this app and it does not send text message to my phone to use the code to verify .i called the company , manager said he will call me back but i knew he won't .

All sections are empty just a white screen

when I go to my shopping list to reorder last week order , would be great if I could add (edit)something to the list or take some items off , otherwise I have to rewrite completely new order wich takes an extra time . and also would help a lot if I see prices nest to every item . thanks
