Cuando instale la aplicación, DVR y camaras, hace aproximadamente un año, trabajo muy bien, pero de hace 4 meses a la fecha actual, ya no puedo visualizar las camaras remotamente, es decir en forma local no hay problema, pero si quiero monitorear las camaras vía celular o laptop desde otra red , ciudad o país vía internet, me manda (SIN CONEXION) pero si tengo conexión de internet. desinstale aplicación y volví a instalar, reprograme el DVR, pero sigue el mismo problema.
