These activities range from fun ways to be active together, make tasty foods, relax, unwind and bond as a family to feel closer together. All these activities promote your physical health and mental wellbeing, collectively.

Track your achievements with your own avatars:
Each family member gets to choose their personal avatar! Completing activities earns you XP, and your avatars allow you to track each other’s progress and encourage friendly competition to stay motivated! You can unlock avatar outfits of your choice, personalise them, and show off your hard work. You can even go up levels! 

Join your school community:
The Famli app can also connect with your children’s school classroom, allowing you to take part in class or school wide activities set by the teacher! This collaboration means you can be part of positive school culture which promotes wellbeing, both in and out of school.
