Sencilla y amable de programar. El punto negativo que le encuentro es que cambia por su cuenta las rutinas de ejercicio seleccionadas, de forma que hay que comprobarlo de vez en cuando.

Pues la idea es interesante pero sinceramente eso lo puedo hacer con una alarma y contando la duración del ejercicio. Esperaba algo más explicativo o rutinas, o algo así.

Honestamente me ha gustado que puedo programar mi entrenamiento de acuerdo a lo que me indicó mi Ginecólogo 👌🏼 si solo buscas algo básicos y funcional esta es la opcion. Además si no quieres comprarla la versión gratuita va bastante bien.
