How long same excuse "we are new ev company" horrible. Please fix the app.... make it work as it suppose to...
app is not reaponsive, does not reflect the car status in real time. Has a lagg issue etc. Hope they will improve fast so we get the start from the app soon.
App is hit and miss. It has its own mind it works when it wants to. Basically, it has huge connectivity issues with vehicles, which makes it totally impossible to use
app does not communicate fast enough with car and with the gps, it has latency in communications and also many functions like. climate control, door lock are not effectively functoning. also the app via car does not have video recording when parked so we owners would not know whats happening with parked car if a thief is stealing something or the car or if someone is damaging the car. Also we do not have options to heat the stealing and the seats through this app.
App constantly lags being the car in terms of status. Also stopping charge does not work from app.
Many features are non-functional. There is room for improvement. For example: option to schedule time to preheat or cool the car each morning for work routine. Etc etc... I have no doubt I will change my review to a 5 star in a matter of a few months after full integration in North America. Fingers crossed
