Everyday Pay not working for a while and no emails or any other notifications about it. Understand maintenance is required but no communication or acknowledgement is why I'm giving 1 star.
Unreliable app
Linking gift card accessibility to their server was a ridiculous move. If the server goes down, so does access to your gift cards. And it's been down for a few days now. Old money app never had this problem.
App keeps crashing Luckily, I screenshot my barcode randomly so I can use it. The app crashed and logged me out, which is frustrating because I've lost boosters for a couple of weeks now. When I finally have time to call the helpline on the weekend, it's only opened on weekdays, lol
The wallet does not work, cannot access giftcards.
Unable to access my gift cards as I get an error everyday pay is not available
