Qantas Freight’s new Dock Direct app gives you access to priority loading for eligible international shipments so you can fast track your lodgements - all from the palm of your hand.
Everything you need to prepare for freight lodgements is now all in one place. A place where you can find upcoming lodgement details as well as lodgements already completed.
The Dock Direct app simplifies the lodgement process for eligible freight movements. The app stores all upcoming shipment details including Lodgement ID, AWBs and pieces so it’s easy to manage each lodgement. You’ll be given a lodgement window to you can plan your day. and speed through check in.
You will receive a notification from Qantas when your details have been registered and your account is ready to use.
How the app works:
- Open the app before you start your journey to view all lodgements assigned to you
- Let us know your truck details so we’re ready to welcome you when you arrive at our terminal
- Select a lodgement ID to see which AWBs are included. Check pieces as you load – updating as you go if needed - then click ‘Lodgement Loaded’ once complete
- Before you leave, tap to ‘Start your trip’ so we know you’re on your way
- Receive notifications as new shipments are assigned to you.
You will receive a SMS notification once you have been registered by your freight forwarder or transport company and can then download the app. Enjoy a smoother, faster and contactless way of lodging your international Qantas Freight shipments!
One of the worst apps ever, every time you log in the first 2 codes typed in are always wrong and locks the log in for 10 minutes, no matter how correct the code is
I wish I could give a zero.! WORST APP EVER CREATED & Qantas seem to think it's great......READ THE REVIEWS PEOPLE.!
Constant bugs with no fault reporting option; log in process only works by repeatedly failing until it times out, old pick ups stuck in active preventing new jobs from being started. And again... no way to report so it can be fixed
Worst app ove ever used, the log in process never works and the rare occurrence it does the pick up is 3 times longer
The idea is there but the app still has endless bugs which is extremely frustrating especially when it hinders the collection of time critical freight! It crashes, continuously logs me out then won't allow me back in regardless of what I doamd also gets stuck in between processing. I've been using it from day one and like most things at Qantas Freight, its not getting any better

Dont believe anything the description of this app tells you... Its 100% completely and utterly broken and does not work in anyway whatsoever. Another massive qantarse fail
