🧘Types of Yoga Classes:
1.Gentle yoga is a variation of the hatha tradition of yoga asanas (postures). It was created to be accessible to all types of students & to support their mental, physical, & spiritual needs.
2.Vinyasa yoga is characterized by stringing asanas together from one posture to another seamlessly by using breath. This is also commonly referred to as “flow” yoga.

5.Ashtanga is a flowing style of yoga asanas that involves synchronizing breaths with progressive & continuous postures, which produces internal heat while detoxifying the body.
6.Yin yoga has slow-paced yoga exercises, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine with postures that are held for longer periods of time like 5 minutes or more.
7.Restorative yoga enables physical, mental & emotional relaxation with the help of props like blocks, bolsters & straps to support you in holding poses for longer periods of time.
