the scooters are better than lime in everyday. the only slightly annoying thing is the automatic slowdowns for pedestrians even if they are hundreds of feet away.
App crashes constantly. The scooters are great but they're software is garbage
Scoot/Bird (same company now) looks for any excuse to charge you a $20 fine and doesn't warn you either. I parked the scooter properly and still was charged a fine, then ignored by customer service. Use SPIN instead.
As a first time user. Terrible. Charges you the seconed you push start, even before you get on the scooter, even BEFORE YOU REMOVE the lock. Which the lock was defective and never unlocked for me. Spent 2 minutes trying to unlock it and it charged me 5$ for a scooter i never used. But i loaded 20$ to my account that...after requesting a refund says "they can not find". The support for this company is garbage for an idea that is good. Wanted to atleast use the service but no. (4 days later)

App sucks!! BT is on and still doesn't unlock. Wasted $20 attempting to ride a scooter. Fkn lame! Don't waste your time.
DONT USE THIS! The lock won't unlock! I started the ride twice on two different scooters with no luck. Wasted money. Wish I read the reviews first, looks like many people are having issues.
