Guter Service, aber ich könnte die Option zum Stornieren nicht finden
Manchmal richtig gut, kurzfristig und individuell buchbar. Meist pünktlich. 5/5 Leider kann man sich nicht darauf verlassen, dass man eine Fahrt zu einer bestimmten Zeit findet. Das liegt daran wie die App programmiert ist. Man kann die Abfahrtzeit nicht flexibel einstellen. 'In 10 Minuten' findet daher mal schnell eine Fhrt in 2 Minuten oder 23 Minuten. Größtes Problem: Die App schlägt nur eine Fahrt vor. Besser wäre mehrere Fahrten zum Wählen vorzuschlagen.
Ich liebe das Konzept, aber auch warum gibt es die App zweimal? Und warum wird diese Version an Haltestellen beworben? "RMV On-Demand" tut exakt das gleiche, nur dass man dort nach einem existierenden Fahrschein gefragt wird. Eine Funktion die ich hier vergeblich gesucht habe und deswegen immer bezahlen musste trotz Fahrschein? Außerdem ist die UX sowohl hier als auch in der anderen App stark verbesserungswürdig. Dieser "Schritt für Schritt" Prozess macht Änderungen/Übersicht extrem schwierig.
