Combining the information of the Yilan Groundwater Resources Intelligent Management System, it is provided to water rights holders (industry) and management units. The APP provides four major pieces of information: risk management, immediate water use, preliminary water use and industry information.

結合「宜蘭地下水資源智慧管理系統」之資訊，提供水權人及管理單位使用。安裝智慧水表水權人包含四大資訊，分別是：風險管理、即期用水、前期用水及業者相關資訊，風險管理提供當下、當月及前月之用水警戒燈號及漏水機率燈號，用水警戒以「核定水量」作為當月管理值，據以繪製「管理線」(紅色實線)，也會依據管理值的80%，繪製「警戒線」(紅色虛線)，做為水量控管之需。安裝一般水表水權人包含三大資訊，分別是：用水填報、用水度數及業者相關資訊，用水填報可隨時上傳水表讀值及表值照片，用水度數顯示當月及前月之上傳水表讀值及水權量。
