They carry the same items as every other comment sold boutique, so I don't understand why it takes them 3+ months to ship an item. The owner is just as bad as the excuses they make for not complying to their shipping policy. I wish I knew how they were still in business. Peep their Google reviews. I can't find a satisfied customer...
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This boutique is absolutely awful. They used to be decent and I have given them a year to get better and they have only gotten worse. The shipping here takes 4 months at least and that is if you are lucky enough to have them ship your item. Most of the time after waiting months and months for what you ordered and then email them they will give you a very generic response and never actually answer your questions. Save yourself the hassel and shop anywhere else.
Worst boutique ever. If you like never getting product and no refund just account credit to reuse and for them to cancel your order again and going through thos cycle for over a year then yeah this is the place for you. Customer service is a joke. You can get the same products literally from shien or temu and get much faster. It she same stock pictures you can look it up. Nothing but fraud from these people. Hopefully people get smarter and put them out of business.
shipping takes forever. i have had more items cancelled than received. receive items out of season. won't refund to original form of payment. quality of items isn't good.
My experience has been absolutely awful! Do yourself a favor & don't download this app, if you do, please do not waste your time or your money on their Junk! My relationship started May/June of 2022, & it started out great. However it rapidly declined as I waited months for them to fulfill my order to realize i had multiple store credits (store credit is the only way they refund) after months to find out I was only receiving some of my order! It is an endless cycle of disappointment.
I used to really like this boutique but they have changed for the worst. They take forever to ship your items and then when you get them you're lucky if you received it all. They will only give you credit which sucks when you just want to be done with them. It ends up being an endless cycle of ordering items with your credit to get rid of it for them to turn around and credit you again because something is constantly wrong with your order.
Always refunding my money never getting the product I bought and shipping is weeks or months until I get product.also I have to watch replays because she isn't on at nights anymore and work during the day.
