Only an insane person with tons of time will dare to use this app. Such a horrible pathetic user experience. It actually feels like a police verification where the system asks you every personal and private information from you and then in the menu of products shows abstract names where the user has to guess its meaning. You guys have really lost it. I am never coming back.
I found the app suffice for my expectations, had issues with the read out display itself on the app for some time due to software. They've since came up with another new update to fix the issue, its only been 2 days since my app has been back to normal and kohler is already promting me to edit this review. Aslo constantly have issues with the H2wise+ shutting my water off every time my water softener cycles a scheduled back rinse.I have to manually cycle mine for my softener to function proper.
80k shower and can't use the app
The unit works great after training. You can only connect one device at a time to your account. It is annoying to have to log out of one account to access my second unit.
Does not work, it freezes and does not let you continue it is the worst app I have ever encountered. I do not recommend.
App was slow and sluggish to setup and get data from for my h2wise+. Have used it for a few months. Old usage is still delayed. Currently, based on previous review the app is having issues for real-time data. Device is doing what it should, App needs work to be user friendly and responsive. Still get notifications and delayed data logging. Waiting for the updated software.
I love the idea of my H2Wise+. I sure hope it works when I need it (catastrophic water leak)! This Konnect app worked better before the last update. Now it doesn't tell me water pressure or flow rate. But, worse, if I turn off the water I get a message "Water is Partially On" :-( I think it's actually an app problem. I believe the valve is working properly (I hope so!). Same when I turn it back on in. But I paid a lot of money for what I thought would be a quality product. The app is not!
