With a MyBaystate account you can:

• Request prescription refills
• See lab and radiology results, medications, health issues, allergies, vaccine records, and visit summaries
• Fill out forms and print paperwork
• Get answers to medical questions from our community outreach librarians
• Search our health and wellness resources
• Manage health information for family members
Without logging in, you can:
• Find a provider
• Find a location (emergency, hospital, primary care, radiology, lab, urgent care)
• Learn about medical services
• Pay your medical bill
• Request your medical records
• Request an appointment
• Find your way in the hospital with indoor navigation
• Check visiting hours
• Access the gift shop and online store
• Get helpful news and updates
I can't sign in unless I click on make an appointment. Very frustrating to go through so much to access my account.

*Work around for "Unable to sign in to Health record. " You can still sign in my requesting an appointment. It will take you to a different sign in screen. When you're signed in, close the appointment scheduler and you'll be at your home page.

Horrible app
Cannot sign in to patient portal, the app is not of any use, please fix!
App lost my account, and I had appointments that I missed now because. I emailed to get a new log in and never heard back, and I need to see someone soon about my health issues. Terrible service to use, I liked Trinity's portal way better, but my insurance isn't taken anymore.
