On my old phone this app worked great...now I have a 0neplus 10T and I can even sign into the app!! I put email and password in and hit sign in and I get the loading circle for a second or 2, and that's it, it stays on the sign in screen...I'm ready to give up and say to hell with it, and just get rid of the watch and app all together...not cool if you ask me...
App doesn't work
Reinstalled the app after not using for a couple months, had to rest my watch to get it to pair & it was fine. First time I tried to go into app to check my numbers after initial reinstall & it does nothing when I hit "Sign In." Obviously not the only one with this problem based on other recent reviews so instead of asking me for more info just fix the dang app please.
not workin
Have right username and password but whe. I click it,doesnt log in or anything....kinda sucks, just got this watch.....
Use to work when I first got it but now it won't let me sign in or change my password. I really love my watch but now I'm forced to buy a different brand watch. This App sucks.
