School is posting new updates and photos, but I am unable to see it from my end. I have tried updating, logging in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc. all to no avail. It's so frustrating not being to see photos of child's progress and life in school.
I can't even open the apps... every time I need to search the apps from play store to open it and go through the messages...

Preferred this app. But i can't seem to open mine.
Please help fix. Cannot login. Forgot password also useless. Keep say email address and password wrong when login. Then keep say invalid email when i click forgot password. Want to talk teachers and know son progress also cannot..
Lousy app. Increase unnecessary and unproductivity job to teach. How to ensure the safe of photos not leaking! School should focus on education not photos update!!!
