They updated, Now you can't see which order has issues from customers. You have to click on the order and see if the customer had a complaint. So it's hard to determine which order need to be disputed. I see you door dash.
Please revert back to the old app layout. This new one is horrible as it hides key features. Need to change/update your hours? Idk where that is anymore because it isn't clear. Need to pause your store and you're away from the tablet? You can't! As a business owner I do not care about Blogs or reviewing order times/waits, but according to DoorDash these are the most important things in my life. Please just give me a clear concise run down of my store's operations.
The updated layout is terrible. We no longer can easily check out current, daily sales. You can only view the past week. Bring back the ability to see the total current daily sales!
There's always an error message when you open the app. Not working. Worthless.
