I used to not have any issues ordering my food from the app and going to pick it up across the street from where I live but two weeks in a row now even though I double checked that the app is updated. I have even made sure to uninstall and reinstall the app and all this ridiculous stuff that I shouldn’t have to do… I go to place my order and check out. I add my payment method on the app and it will not allow me to choose an option for where to pick it up whether it’s drive-through or what. I’m trying to use the gift cards that I have loaded onto the app that I can’t use literally any other way and it is not letting me. I reported this to the help option that it has on the website in the app through email and of course no one has gone back to me. I checked a few days ago to make sure that the app was working and that I would be able to place an order it worked fine a few days ago but now suddenly again when I actually want to get food, it won’t let me and I’m getting really frustrated.

The deals you can get on the app make it worth while. I was lazy one day so I chose to explore the delivery option and they wanted a 6 dollar delivery fee. I was already planning on tipping 5 dollars to the actual driver. I live less than 10 minutes away from Taco Bell. We all know DoorDash is gonna take that order anyways so that 6 dollar fee is beyond ridiculous. I want to know how much of that goes to the driver so I can accurately tip. I just chose to drive myself. Saved myself 11 bucks :D

I tried to place an order with my credit card on file and it kept saying there was an error woth my payment. However, i received a text from my bank twice for the charge of what my order total was. My order was never put through in the app so I didn’t have an order number for the support claim when I reported the issue. Now I’m out $35 with no Taco Bell. 😭

I don't want to have to update before every time i want to order food. It seems like there are weekly updates that are mandatory. That is ridiculous, I just want food.

My app was working just fine but now it won’t give me the option on how to pick up my food and delivery just shows me a blank page. I am disappointed.
