If wanting coupons/offers don’t waste your time
Most people (like myself) download these apps to use the coupons aka deals/offers and earn points while doing it. Should add deals/offers on the app especially the $1.49 large fries or 2 tacos for .99 cents like the ones you send out in the mail once every two months or so. Id eat Jack a lot more if they had more daily fry coupons like BK/McDonald’s etc.

Every time I order from the app for delivery, there are problems. Very long wait times, having to pick it up myself and in one case theft. If you try to call the store for resolution, they refuse to help because apparently the orders go through the delivery service. But delivery service won’t help because it wasn’t placed with their app. Today is the last time I order because the staff member said my food sat there for 40 minutes before it was picked up. A food safety violation. And they refused to remake it. I’m so done with this app.

This app is horrible it’s super slow even on the newest iPhone it doesn’t let you pay with Apple Pay even when you pay with your card and save the info it says “error put new information” like what horrible app don’t download this app at all go to McDonalds instead way better deals faster app and way easier

The app will not let me order new wings combo. This is the only item on the menu that has the Add to Order button greyed out. The app also needs to allow detailed customizations as you would order in-store. The app also needs to allow you to order any available drink as you would order in-store. One drink in particular that is in-store but never available in the app is any Hi-C drinks. Very annoying to not have the same use & options like other competitors offer.

The app is quite buggy and doesn’t allow for searching the menu. Just being able to order a jumbo jack is near impossible. When selecting directions to a location you get brought to Google maps web interface within the app that is non-responsive. Also, being able to redeem any promos is cryptic since the app doesn’t allow you to select the correct item to redeem. It’s quite slow as well with the UI taking more than a few seconds to respond. I would just stick to going to the actual physical location and placing your order there.

After downloading the app I tried to place an order with a promo offered in it. Wouldn’t process the order even though I ordered something twice as expensive as the minimum to get the promo. What a phuckin joke! Goes along with the crappy store here in Sandpoint Idaho. Rarely has the lobby open!
