They take your money then days later decline it. Customer service is a joke and not helpful at all. Then they charge fees bc their system doesn't work. I used EZ Money bc there is no fee. They then said i entered my account info wrong.... but it came from EZMoney. Now I'm being charged a few to pay with a card
Not difficult to use. Downloaded for the Kentucky Derby (4 days ago). Would like to withdraw my winnings but my initial deposit is still "pending." Will be returning to Twin Spires next year.
