The psychology of gratitude has shown that being thankful correlates (is a Major KEY) to improved well-being and happiness. Gratitude journaling, or writing down 3 things to be grateful for every day, has been scientifically shown to gradually increase happiness, with peak benefits attained around 6 months after starting.

Bless Up, coined by Miami Producer and Motivational Speaker DJ Khaled, has has two primary meanings; use it as both a greeting to send good vibes and as way of expressing how grateful you are.
