Horrible Update
Ever since the new update, i find i get logged out once a week. Not sure if it’s refreshing itself or what, but very annoying for something that you only pull up when someone asks for a ticket. Interface remains clunky and unpleasant as always.

The bus/train schedules are entirely unreliable. Use this app to reload your card and buy Metra passes ONLY. Otherwise this app is completely useless.

I try to use Apple Pay to buy my day pass today, and it keep saying transactions failed, I’ve tried for about hundred times, all my cards are valid and I just use them to buy something else. And I tried to use type in my credit cards to pay for it, and the system says error all the time.

The app itself is really easy to use and always gets me where I need to go. Simple to add fare value. Shows me good routes and how soon to expect the next bus. Much better than many other major cities transit apps I've used.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. I purchase a monthly CTA pass and add it to my apple wallet. Turn on express transit and boom - getting around the city is easy.
