Horrible UI with bad design
This app would be fine except every time you open it there’s a small, hard-to-read pop-up ad at the top that you have to tap and close before you can use the app AT ALL. EVERY TIME. It’s like a lil middle finger to the customer every time you try to pay to use a car! Miserable.
Hopes Dashed
The amount of times I’ve used this app and the car isn’t there is devastating. They get your hopes up and then the car is no where to be seen. They’ve also charged me for parking tickets twice when I wasn’t the one to drive it. If you have any other means of transport, don’t rely on gig.
Gig car
This was a wonderful experience for me everything was so convenient. Even going to triple Aaa for the card was a success. I would recommend this for anyone without a car or just to run a few errands.
Gas
Person before did not have gas - so I added
Worst App
One of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I’ve had countless issues with the app accepting my debit card, then the moment I try to reserve a car it removed the card. This causes an authorization charge to go through but I still can’t use or reserve a car. Customer service is no help.
SCAM
Before you overcharge, stop using this app. don't regret after getting the ridiculous bill.
If I could leave -5 stars I would!!!
What happened was the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and your team should be ashamed your “help bot” is worse than Siri in Beta mode. Your bot says 2 things: Here’s an article! And “can you rephrase your question?” I live in LA, which your team knew when I entered my addess during signup. But of course that didn’t stop you from pulling $40 from my account and giving me a credit for a service I can’t even use. And then I get the runaround from Siri’s less intelligent nephew bot. I gotta hand it to you…. It’s a great way to make quick cash when you’re still growing. But until I get my $$$ back and compensation for my time, this review will stay posted. If I can get one customer to run the other way, I’ve done my job. But we all know this review will lose way more customers than that. Make it right! Thank you. -Timothy Dove
