App is a great way to express your voting knowledge but when it comes to accuracy it lacks in that field. The ages, names and locations are incorrect. Have already spoken to the IT department for Impactive and no solution other than make a new contact was given. Difficult to navigate around the app. Would appreciate easier access. Maybe adding a faster way to look through contacts (A-Z).

Can someone point me to customer service? If I could give zero star rating I would, here’s the problem, I have the code to join a new organization and the app states the code’s been accepted then fails to add it to my Home Screen! What’s going on? Additionally disappointing given the old campaign is no longer active and yet I’ve no way to delete it 🤦🏻♀️

The app was very easy to use, the messages were easy to adopt or compose. However, data compiled for my contacts had not been updated and was more than two weeks old.
