Horrible
I use the desktop version of EClincher at work, so I thought it’d be a good idea to download the app to check for quick updates when I’m not near my laptop. However, after downloading it and using it for several weeks, I found it to be lack luster. It doesn’t correlate well with the desktop version. Me and teammate make several comments to one another regarding social posts, but I can’t see them on the app. The interface is pretty buggy, and it’s an annoying process trying to update posts within the app. It’s bad enough to we already have several issues with the desktop version of EClincher, but to have to deal with the same issues on the app too is frustrating. I can’t wait until the year is up so we can finally switch a new social media planning platform. This one is just bad all around.

I tried to post many times it keeps giving unreasonable reasons. Such as requesting me to reduce my letters to meet social media requirements though they don’t enforce these roles. Too much hassle and out dated product.

Like many third-party apps you pay for what you get, price is too good to be true because as soon as you pay it stops working. I put in 3 hours of scheduling single pictures to post direct to an Instagram account, and overnight one night they all were changed to need push publication. Might work for someone “playing “ But if you were managing multiple accounts and your time is money do not use them.
