Very rude poor customer service. I understand you have a Job not a career but a JOB with RAC. When you call someone to get a payment don’t automatically assume as if they are avoiding payment. You can view the history to see that ,fyi. It’s is not your job to have a tone with a returning customer and one that pays there bills on regular. Just a friendly tip when working in customer service if your customer gives you no reason or rhyme to be rude you should not be at all rude to customer. Hints you can catch more flies with honey instead of vinegar. Hopefully your manager will discuss this more in detail with you. Smiles do shine through the phone

The quality of products are great BUT the manager at the store I go to is HORRENDOUS! She’s rude, she’s belittling, and she’s very obnoxious. When I went to the corporate manager about her and the situation, he simply said “she’s been with our company a long time, so I’ll talk to her.” She literally almost had me in tears with the way she was talking to me because I needed a week extension. I will never rent from rent-a-center again solely based off of how I was treated.
