Doesn’t want to work with PC Pass
App was fine, until I signed up for PC Pass, then tells me it needs to be updated before I can access it. Tap link to update, no update available in App Store. Deleted app and reinstalled it , worked while I logged in, but once to closed it and went back to it I get the same message! Please fix your app to work with PC Pass or I’ll just go with a different grocery app. I have zero patience for non functioning apps.

I just wish they showed pictures of the back (nutrition facts). The nutrition facts tab isn’t always accurate or available, a picture of the back of the product would be better

Orders are constantly missing items you paid for, and there is no simple way to get your money back, only a very painful customer service telephone number.
Bug open for 1 year remains unresolved
03/05/2022 the “My Lists” still does not work and frequently returns errors. 4 months now that this bug has gone unresolved. 14/02/2022 - “My Lists” functionality is still broken in IOS app. Cases opened, as suggested by Loblaws employees monitoring these reviews, have gone with no response given. 01/20/2022- Lists feature only works once or twice then gives error. Advice for Loblaws support is “delete and re-download app”which works for once or twice and then error again. Have deleted and downloaded this app 22 times so far. How about you fix the problem in the first place instead asking customers to use poor workarounds. Update 11/23/2021 - Lists/Favorites does not work again. Really don’t understand why this keeps happening repeatedly. Apparently not a feature that the app team for Loblaws tests at alll apparently. This app has continuous issues that make it unusable at times. Very frustrating Have been using the app for over almost two years now and unfortunately things have gotten worse and to the point it is almost unusable now. Examples: 1) Unable to use Lists (aka favorites) under “My Shop”. No sure Whenever you try to add a product, remove a product or view the list you receive an error “"Sorry, Something went wrong. Please reload the page to try again" 2) You can no longer view past order details. The link to “view by Past Orders” was removed from this app for some reason about ½ a year ago. 3) Unable to sort or filter by nutrition contents (calories, fat, carbs) 4) Local products are not available to be purchased in the app even though they are regularly stocked and available in-store all year round 5) Many products are missing descriptions 6) many products do not list nutritional information. This makes is impossible for those who have dietary restrictions (allergies to nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, etc.) from using this app. 7) Prices change from the time you select the product to the time it is shows up in your cart. (milk and eggs are the most common products that do this) 8) Sale prices will sometimes show on the product even through the sale is ended and it is not until you add the product to your cart that the price gets “refreshed”. This is a mini “bait-and-switch” as most people are not going to remember or examine each of the 50-60 products in their cart to validate that the prices did not change 9) you cannot see previous order receipts (functionality was removed for some reason). This is just a small list the issues, bugs and functionality that has been removed from this app over the past year. Instead of adding features and making the app better it slowly being made worse.
