Wishlist won't load and navigation is confusing, no way to look specifically for gift boxes or limited edition products. Checkout is also confusing - in store pickup only products aren't well marked on the page, so if I navigate directly from the search page i try to add to cart, fail, and have to scroll down to discover that the item is only available for in store pickup.

Not only does the app need some improvement so does the lush site (USA). On the app, it doesn’t allow you add to your favorites, you mark it and then you look at the next product just to see that it didn’t mark it as a favorite. And nor does it show that it was even marked as fav. Lastly when trying to make a purchase and it ask for your address. It doesn’t do anything. Nor does it an even error message. On top of that you can’t even order from the app or site because it just shows that there is an error but doesn’t tell you which ones. That’s all I have for now

Auto fill thinks every line is my first and last name. If I choose Apple Pay or PayPal I still have to add all the info to the page, shipping and billing! Too much time! Somebody has no clue
