Not sure why I get charged
I pay my entire account down completely at least three times already. And then all of a sudden I’ll get an email saying I owe $150. But I haven’t purchased anything and the history shows that no one has purchased anything. What are these charges for?

If I could give zero stars, I would. Besides the fact they double in price compared to a regular store, I never received my items and it’s impossible to get through to speak to a human. Everything is done via email.. and the app is COMPLETE TRASH. I’ve deleted & redownloaded it over 20 times & it still doesn’t keep the same setting it had 5 minutes ago. Once my account is paid off, I’m blocking them from ever contacting me again!!
