United StatesThe developers don’t care about the customers
I have been using this app for years with no problems as of late. I cannot access my account anymore that has thousands of sample packs I bought over the years. I recently reached out to the customer support which is a joke and they did absolutely nothing. They might as well not even bother having any kind of customer support since they obviously don’t care. Uninstalling and very very disappointed that all of my work that I put my all into has gone down the drain.

So I have been using this app for quite awhile now and I love the app I’ve made some pretty good songs in my opinion. But the other day I tried to open the app and work on a project I started and it’s telling me I am missing two mix packs and was wondering how to get them back. And then it’s not letting start a new project. If one of the creators can help me that would be awesome because I really want to continue using this app.

Where do I begin? First of all, I want the developers to know that I have been a faithful follower and supporter of this app since its release back in 2006; almost buying every single sample pack there was to offer. I have enjoyed making and posting tons of tracks within the app. Now, let’s fast forward to now… I would love to make more music and post my creations for my fans to hear. There arises one tiny problem though; I can’t access my account. I can’t access it because it says it doesn’t exist. Years and years of work and sample packs dash down the drain. I am extremely upset just knowing that my account that I spent thousands of dollars on and worked hard to build has just vanished into thin air. I want my account back or all of the money I spent on the sample packs.
