Limited app, disappointing
I agree with other reviews pointing out this app is very limited, it’s convenient in the features that it does have (such as scheduling a calendar event) but it’s lacking key features making it useless as a stand alone app. For example, you can’t edit calendar event times from the app (so no rescheduling unless you delete the event and make a new one). You also cannot invite clients to the client portal from the app, though you can create a new client. There are many other missing features, those are just the ones I run into most frequently. All in all, I’m glad I went with TheraNest as my EHR platform but their app is an inadequate companion to their desktop version, and I truly wish in this modern day and age they would update it to where it needs to be. As long as you have the desktop it’s fine.

This app is horrible. It crashes when you try to write notes in it. It has no way to even create a bill. It doesn’t auto save notes so when it crashes you lose everything and it crashes ALL THE TIME. Worthless app

I’ve been using the theranest website on my browser for two years. So I just bought an iPad to use the theranest app in session with clients. I’ve tried to use it twice and it just keeps crashing. I’m so irritated. That’s literally what I bought this iPad for and I can’t use it.

Regardless of app based on your laptop, there is no way to document progress towards goals or obtain client signatures prior to the documentation being completed. Just an overall terrible EMR system.

It keeps telling me that my info is not correct, but I log into the website on my computer, and it works fine. I just changed my password and the app is still saying my info isn’t correct.
