Shift concerns
Kare will not follow up on messages that are put in the app, even if it a request for assistance. But as soon as you cancel a shift or if they need you to pick up a shift, you’ll get a phone call! This is the only complaint I have. I think this needs to be corrected immediately.

App needs work
App texts you so much based on poor wide parameters, you'll get a text for EVERY position not just yours…so then you go to find a shift by the time you do it’s gone. When you specify search results to only show one position needed it doesn’t work at all, it shows cnas, rns, Lpn’s, and therapists! So that limits you to putting in your credential rather than seeking a position AND specific company, ridiculously behind when you compare to nursa, ShiftKey etc. on top of it the app shows notifications to shifts that you can’t click on to bring you to that exact shift, in fact, the notification should be clickable and take you to the right company in the exact position! And also, it should be able to notify you for only positions related to your credentials, this is the only app that can’t do that ..The coding is archaic! After a notification of a position, you have to put the name of the company in the search bar and then search through hundreds of positions, yet again not finding the shift they are notifying you about in time or at all. And then another error in app is not showing all shifts that you’ve attended, some of them just completely delete themselves so you can’t accurately track where you’ve worked, in addition, it’s not accurate when you tab through “active verified or past “ shifts those screens are an inaccurate database almost completely. it is not hard to write an app they need to get a better app. The most annoying thing is when you’re messaging a company directly your message doesn’t even go in/on the screen, You have to completely leave the screen or reboot to load the current message.. for EVERY message in an entire conversation.. it also completely logs you out and makes you re-login quite often, which is a big-time waste-

Love the next day and even same day pay!!! Also being in control of your own schedule is always a plus. Easy hiring process if you are already in the medical field upload all required documents do a phone interview and that’s that.

PLEASE fix the filters! It is EXTREMELY annoying to have to scroll through dozens of CNA openings mixed in with LPN openings. It has been going on too long and it is never addressed with the updates. Also, please consider an instant pay option. Some facilities take a very long time to verify your shift.
