More than just meditation
Unmind has changed my life for the better. I’ve fallen in love the sleep stories! My anxiety used to keep me up at night, but the “Tropical Reef” sleep story has helped me put that to rest for good. I also love the short breathing exercises to help ground myself before going into big meetings or presentations. Overall, Unmind is an incredible and one-of-a-kind resource!
Unmind is more than just meditation
I’ve always been the biggest advocate of people looking after their mental health, but for so long I wasn’t including myself in the equation. I was never big into meditation and therefore didn’t use mental health apps. Unmind is different. It’s not just about meditation and mindfulness but includes content relevant to all aspects of mental health - sleep, relationships, fulfillment. Unmind allows me to look after my mental health in a way that I can relate to and enjoy.
Increased my knowledge and awareness
I’ve loved using the app because it doesn’t just have quick tips/ meditations (though those are great too) but actually goes beyond that, educating me on different topics and really giving me the space to reflect on what is causing my imposter syndrome. Highly recommend!

First world problems
Unmind helped me realize that mental health isn’t just something you should focus on when you’re struggling. I use the breathing techniques to help me when I get stressed or feel anxious. The Parenting course was transformational for my relationship with being a parent and my kids. The daily boost is always a great way to pause and start the day right! Easy to use, always wholesome.

Honestly, the most useful app. Contains high quality sessions and wonderful music and workouts.
