Can’t login
I can login online just fine, but for some reason neither my username nor password are recognized in the app. Very frustrating.
Dark patterns
I'd like to bring attention to a concerning practice I've observed with this travel vaccine company. After scheduling an appointment online, they warn customers about a cancellation fee if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours. However, the online platform does not provide an option for cancellation. Instead, one must call in to cancel. Despite the modern convenience of online booking, it's perplexing and inconvenient to not have an online cancellation option. This setup inevitably pushes users closer to the 48-hour window, increasing the likelihood of incurring the cancellation fee. This seems like a "dark pattern", a design choice made to benefit the business at the expense of the user's experience and freedom. Furthermore, when I called to address this, it felt like the customer service representatives were specifically trained to enforce the fee, regardless of the reasoning behind the cancellation. It's disheartening to see such a large company, with over 270 locations, resort to such tactics. They have the resources to provide a seamless and fair experience for their customers but seem to have made a conscious choice not to. I believe it's important for potential clients to be aware of this practice before deciding to book with them.
Dark patterns
Any company that allows you to schedule online and not cancel online is practicing a dark pattern. Passport health is a great example.
This app does not work.
Login function is not working. This is a non-starter.
Website and mobile don’t link
I can only reach my records via a browser on a computer. When I try to log in from the app there is no record of my account. None of the information (medical history, upcoming appointment) show up in the app. Can’t figure out why I would want the app. Pretty useless.
Website and app use different databases???
I signed up and put in my records from my computer’s browser and after installing the mobile app it doesn’t recognize my email at all, only if I sign in from a browser. As a software engineer my mind is blown that both platforms are not using the same database to reflect the same information. It just doesn’t make sense.
No Face ID - Doesn’t Save Passwords - Clumsy
The App NEEDS Development Work. As it stands it is a substandard effort at best. Company deserves a Better Effort!!!
